Advocate

We need your advocacy to help children grow up happy and healthy, to support families in their efforts to be strong, and to make San Diego County's most critical community a safer, healthier, better place to live and work. Your voice helps provide programs to those who otherwise couldn't afford to participate.

Donate

Thanks to the generous support of several hundred donors each year, we are able to provide values-based programs to thousands of low-income families in Southeastern San Diego. Remember, it isn't how much you give, it's whether you give that matters. Ensure that no child or family is denied a Y experience due to an inability to pay membership or program fees. In these tough economic times, we have never received more requests for financial assistance.

Volunteer

Volunteers are the heart and soul of the YMCA. Our programs develop character values - Caring, Honesty, Respect & Responsibility – to ensure that today’s youth grow into strong, successful adults. You have a chance to influence the life of a child. Individuals and groups can teach skills, set a good example, share wisdom and keep kids safe or leave an extreme facility make-over legacy. Have fun and make a difference in our community by getting involved today.
