The Jackie Robinson Family YMCA is involved in a national search for an
Associate Executive Director as we launch a $16 million capital project to build a new YMCA in its current location.
Beyond all the basic assignments, qualifications, and major functions detailed on our Job Board; I can't say enough about how much I have enjoyed my fifteen year career with the YMCA of San Diego County. The successful candidate will be an active and important member of our outstanding senior management and board volunteer team that delivers the Y Mission of "improving the quality of human life and to helping all people realize their fullest potential as children of God through development of the spirit, mind and body" by serving kids and families in San Diego County's most critical community every day.
